Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

- You receive the wrong item.
- The product is significantly different from the description.
To be eligible for a return: - The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging whenever possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to misuse.
- Products showing signs of excessive wear or intentional damage.
- Items returned without prior approval.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and reviewed:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method when applicable.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders within Lebanon:
- Refusing delivery without contacting our support team may affect eligibility for future COD purchases.
- Return requests must follow the same process outlined above.
